As the Founding and Managing Attorney of McBeth Law Firm, P.C., I have been dedicated to assisting individuals and families with their legal problems since 2001. My mission is to deliver outstanding customer service and experienced representation, ensuring each client receives the results they need. My journey in the legal profession commenced during my undergraduate studies at Clemson University, where I proudly served as the president of the Pre-law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta. After graduating Magna cum Laude, I attended The University of North Carolina School of Law, where I served as an associate editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology and a member of the National Moot Court Team. After passing the NC bar in 2001, I worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Anson, Richmond, Stanly, and Union Counties. In this capacity, I successfully prosecuted criminal cases, witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by under-represented individuals who were ill-equipped to navigate the legal system. Driven by a desire to make a more significant impact, I transitioned into private practice with a specific mission: to defend people during their most challenging times. Since the inception of McBeth Law Firm, P.C., I have effectively tried and resolved hundreds of cases. Whether it is a case involving family law, a traffic ticket, or estate planning, my approach is always characterized by passionate and ethical advocacy, ensuring that my clients are treated with the utmost respect and empathy.
